Rules of my sale

To keep things simplified for me, I have some rules to this sale:

1) Email inquiries - I've been around the  'net for a long time and I will not waste my time with emails that I know are scams.  If the email doesn't contain the specific item you are inquiring about and the amount you are willing to pay in a coherent English language - I will delete.  If you mention anything about a third party who will pick up the item on your behalf for a fee - I will delete.  If you bring up western union/a money order for over the amount/etc. - I will delete.       Legitimate offers and inquiries only, please.  Email: hlmurphy101@yahoo.com

2) All prices are negotiable within reason.  Meaning I will not sell a $300 item for $10.  Be fair and I will work with you. 

 I'm desperate, I need to sell everything immediately, name your own price and it's yours

3) All sales are final.  I am not a department store and I will not process returns.  Once you buy it, it's yours. I will be honest about any flaws in any items and it will be included in the description.  Ask any questions you may have before your purchase.

4) Payment - I will NOT accept Western Union or other wire transfer services, money orders or cashier checks.  But I will accept; Paypal, cash and checks. Cash and Paypal are preferred, however  checks will be accepted but must clear my bank before you can pick up your item and/or item is sent to you. 

5) The buyer is responsible for picking up their item and/or paying shipping, packing and insurance for the item to be mailed. I will NOT ship internationally.
